14-Day Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of order delivery. Requests placed after the 14-day period will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund or replacement, the items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and invoices.
- Free of makeup stains, perfume odors, or alterations.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Support Portal or send a message to our WhatsApp support at +91 98765 43210.
- Provide your Order ID (e.g. `ORD-XXXXXX`) and the email or phone number used during checkout.
- Specify whether you want a size swap/exchange or a refund.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. Our courier partner will collect the item from your shipping address within 2-3 business days.
Refund Methods & Timelines
- Prepaid Orders (Razorpay): Refund will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI wallet) within 5–7 business days of the returned item reaching our warehouse.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit coupons (valid for 1 year) or bank transfer. If you opt for bank transfer, our support agents will request your account details securely.
